Refund Policy

Our return policy is simple. We consider 3 events:

- item not received 
- item broken 
- wrong order


On this page you will find information regarding the eligible items for a return and how to contact us to obtain a refund.

Returns

If 30 days have gone by from the receipt of the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are several types of goods and items that you cannot return:

perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, etc…)
intimate or sanitary goods
hazardous materials
flammable liquids or gases
gift cards
downloadable software
health and personal care items

Case 1 – Item not received

In the case of unreceived item the procedure is:

- you send us an e-mail at divineyogastore.com@gmail.com with the order number
- we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request
in the case of approval, we will send you a new item without additional costs

Case 2 – Item Broken

In the case of a broken item the procedure is:

- you send us an e-mail at divineyogastore.com@gmail.com with the order number and photographic evidence
- we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request
in the case of approval, we will send you a new item without additional costs

Case 3 – Wrong order

In case you made a mistake when placing your order, the procedure is:

- you send us an e-mail at divineyogastore.com@gmail.com. We will decide whether or not we are able to issue a refund. We WILL offer a refund if the mistake was on our part.
